Ringworm keeps spreading problem ...help !?

So i first started out with one next to my eyebrown and put antifungal jock itch on it..its startin to fade but eversince i had that its startin to spread all over my body...how do i prevent it from spreadin cus im runnin out of jock it ointment all these lesions..i wash my hands alot and i dont sratch them...is it the way i take my shower cus i even use different towels ..im a complete germophobe now and its still spreading... What do i do ..am i jus paronoid cus im seein very faint circles on my body here and there everynow and then HELP !
