I am an 18 yr old female. Used to be involved in track and cross country but over the past 2 years that I've been working like a maniac i kinda stopped runnin as much. I gained 20 pounds! Now that i'm out of school I work about 70 hrs/week between 3 jobs so on my little free time I have a lack of motivation to go workout. Main thing is I want to lose a good 20 lb because college starts in August!! So i want tips on losing and toning abs, arms, and legs! But i have ENORMOUS calves that i want to lose also!
