Is there anyway to remove a mini dv cassette from a samsung camcorder with dead battery ?

Can't get the mini cassette out cause the battery is dead and I lost the power supply. Is there a way to manually open these kinds of camcorders cause the only way I can see is with the eject button which requires power.
