Delete Yahoo! Answers after somebody posts an answer?

Can you delete a Yahoo! Answers question after somebody posts an answer? That option is available under the "Edit" drop down window. But I feel it is unfair to be able to delete a question after somebody else has tried to answer it. Please don't try and answer this question unless you have first hand knowledge or can point to a source--have you *tried* to delete a Yahoo! Answer question after posing the question? Answer that to yourself first.
