Blue screen of death inspiron 1501?

well awhile ago my dell inspiron 1501 got the blue screen of death wen i restart it it doesnt go away, wen i put in safe mode it doesnt leave, and idnt hav the original cd to restore it sooooo wat do i do to fix it i tryed runnin a diagnostic and it did nothing can it b fixed????
