Do you view fish as real companions like a dog or a cat? Yes or no and why?

I think my fishies are like a dog or cat, I care about them dearly and they all have names :) This question just makes me so happy, it shows that there actually are people in this world who take care of their fish properly, and think of them has companions and having feelings and personalities.
