Xbox 360 slim problems?

Well i was playing la noire and when i was going to switch discs the eject button wouldnt work (the touch sensitive one keep in mind this is the slim) and so i restarted it and when i did the fan got really loud as it was starting up it had never been this loud before. So then the eject button stops working and now the fan is loud again. Whats wrong how do i fix it and please dont say call microsoft
