PS3 spitting disks out. and when none in making eject noise... please help!?

Maybe something is wedged or stuck in the disk tray/thing. I dont know what else it could be. If willing, get a butter knife, and guide it through the EMPTY disk tray thing and see if you can get it out. Contact Sony if you cant figure out what's wrong.
