Will my weight loss slow down?

regardless of whether you sleep or not your weight loss will be slowed. Your metabolism is faster than someone's who doesn't work out, that doesn't mean it's going to burn away 1900 cals from that trail mix in just a few hours. Especially if you are on a hypocaloric diet, your body will be more than happy to conserve that energy in the form of fat.
