Atheists: Explain this?

The bible says God was always there. No one with common sense would write something like this unless he is inspired by the outer source to write that. The bible writers wrote that the earth is spherical ball like object and hanging on nothing. These are some of the things that scientists cannot really understand how these men knew all this.
