Canceling Disk Burn... Taking forever?

So I was making a CD for Father's Day on my Mac computer and I put it to burn. It had taken like 45 minutes to put all the songs on then for 3 hours it said finalizing disk. So I decided to cancel the CD Burn. Now for 5 hours it saids, "Canceling Disk Burn, This may take a minute or two." But its been A LOT more than a minute or "two" I have tried ejecting the disk and it will not let me. And I can't get it to stop SO i can try to start over! PLEASE HELP!!
