Do i still love my ex?

i dated someone for 8 months and fell in love with him. he was my first love. we had alot of fun times together but my parents thought he was bad influence on me just because they didnt want us to have sex i guess, so my family moved to florida and his father sent him back to puertorico..its been about 5 years now that we broke up but somehow we keep runnin back into eachother. we both have things we cannot forgive eachother for but plan on bein there for eachother no matter wat. i feel we still might have feelings for eachother but im not sure. he stills wants to be with me now. he will wait for me his whole life. he says it doesnt matter if he has a gurlfriend he will leave her the minute i decide to be with him again. i have a boyfriend of 3 yrs now. i have been acting "strange" towards him lately because i've talked to my ex and my bf always knows when there is sumthin buggin me. idk wat to do or tell him? im confused.
