What are some healthy meals to have for lunch and dinner that do not include any meat??? I usually have brown rice, beans, veggies, eggs and lots of water. I'm trying to lose about 20 lbs. I'm 5'4'', 26 yrs old, female and weigh 155 lbs right now. I have started to exercise and eat healthier and am now a vegetarian. But I'm getting sick of rice and beans and eggs all the time..any other sources of protein? any ideas for meals would be great! Thanks :)
