What is going on with my baby?!?

yes i took him to the dr today and they are runnin tests im just waiting for results. but any way he is 2 months old running fever like 99+ extremely fussy sounds congested and sweaty.the dr did a chest x-ray and they are clear and normal his ears are not infected and his tonsules are fine. we go back tomorrow for a follow up. i just want to know if any other parents have experianced this? and what could possibly be wrong?
