Cd drive not opening!?

I have a windows all in one pc. i put a dvd into the pc drive and when i push eject nothing happens. the dvd is not recognized and the pc thinks the drive is empty. once in a while it makes a buzz sound but as of now it is unusable. I powered off my computer and nothing happened. i also do not have a tray for my drive, you just insert the disk. THANKS!
