Disconnect removable media such as flash drives with the click of a button?

Is there any way to disconnect/ eject my flash drives without going to the control panel and messing with it that way? Some way to properly eject my flash drive so that i do not lose/ corrupt data that is quick to do. Ideally a widget or something that is accessible from the desktop. I am running Windows 7 Professional if that helps at all. Thanks in advance.
