My CD-ROM Drive is not opening correctly?

I would contact your Computer Maker on this problem and If its under warranty they will probably fix it for free but If its out of warranty then you will have to pay out of pocket to get it fix. But contact your Computer Manufacturer about this issue. Please email me ASAP at fredreed2000@gmail.com
