Would you consider boxing and MMA as a good source for self defense, fitness, and confidence?
You know I take boxing and my coach moved me to MMA. well those two are very good sources of self defense. Not to pick fights. For MMA if you are attacked you are ready to defend yourself and you can make your target look defensless. Now I will tell you this; Every self defense class will be rough but its tough love so your confidence grows. MMA and boxing are great. But take Boxing first so you can know how to use your hands when moving to MMA. my coach tells me that if you practice boxing alot than you can go to MMA in no time. But stay in boxing for now (I knoe Im getting out of topic but im giving advice)... So yeah they are great at helping you disipline yourself an increase self esteem. And they help you toughen out
