How to make my legs thinner fast.. Am i overweight?

Well running is considered a aerobic exercise, which is excellent conditioning and strengthening for your heart. But for your thighs, usually toning your muscles will make your legs look stronger and skinnier. So an awesome exercise to get those results is Pilates. I'm just like you-i run almost everyday too and I always do Pilates for an hour before I run. It can also be considered your warm up since it uses your muscles and burns a lot of calories. So you can either take a class at the gym or get a beginner video on Pilates that you can do at home. And i'm already on a diet called the Paleo Diet but for you, try to cut down all the sugars and limit your bread intake to only 2 slices per day. Bread eventually turns into sugars in your body, which turns into fat so only do 2 slices. Drink LOTS of water and make sure your still getting the right amount of calorie intake for your age (around 2000 calories or more). Just remember to get lots of sleep and let your body take a break from exercising at least 2-3 days per week so your muscles have time to build up and get stronger. Good luck and don't go too overboard!! :) With a healthy diet and good exercise, you should be in good shape in no time but you got to remember to be patient!
